The cross design was given to me in 1992. Even though I was a believer, I thought the cross was all my idea. But I didn't know what to do with the cross design. Then in 1999, I heard a sermon about gifts from God and it hit me, the cross was given to me by God to help spread the great news about Jesus. Using my carpenter skills in 1992, the crosses were cut from wood and displayed on a wood base. I tried selling the crosses in stores but none ever sold. Through prayer from 1999 to 2004, God put people on my heart and I made them crosses. Then in early 2005, God placed His wonderful words from Romans 10:9 on my heart and I knew it was time for all to see His design. And sure enough, all lined up with the cross t-shirts, this Web site, and other miscellaneous items.
The cross is to proclaim JESUS IS LORD! We praise God and want Him to get all the glory for this cross. -Kevin Cecil |
